In
reality Social Anxiety (SA) is a crippling condition that, for many,
gets very little sympathy or help. For most of us it is unimaginable
that a visit to a supermarket or a simple get-together with friends
could mean a sense of dread that causes nausea, sweating, trembling,
blushing and overwhelming anxiety. For people sufferring from SA
these are daily trials that have to be endured - but do they?
CURE
FOR SOCIAL ANXIETY
Pure Hypnoanalysis is by far the easiest and
gentlest way of dealing with this very common problem, plus the
resolution is PERMANENT.
We
are dealing here with cause and effect - the anxiety is a symptom
of a bottled up emotion. At some time in your life you have pushed
down the emotions created by an experience rather than letting them
out and dealing with them - of course this experience could have
occurred when you were too young to understand so you were unable
to deal with the emotion.
Pure
Hypnoanalysis will allow you to re-visit these emotional experiences
and use your 'grown up' emotions to deal, finally, with the problem.
This, along with positive suggestions for calm confidence, will
mean that instead of dreading having to interact with people, you
can actually enjoy it!
